Law at Maastricht, then six years on the financing side of deals: Alter Domus, financial restructuring at Rabobank, acquisition and leveraged finance at ING. Deals being financed and deals in trouble. That combination shows exactly where assumptions fail, and where monthly figures keep a setback hidden for months.
Agentic Mindshift started in October 2025. AI for Business at Nyenrode followed in November 2025. In 2026 I co-founded Factum Capital, a separate business for AI due diligence: it reads the whole data room and cites the source of every finding. Pre-launch.
I keep this deliberately selective: a handful of partners at a time, so every engagement gets the attention a deal deserves.
