Privacy Statement
Last modified: 5 August 2026
This privacy statement explains what personal data Agentic Mindshift collects, for what purpose, on what legal basis, how long it is retained and what rights you have. The policy is aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
The controller for processing is Agentic Mindshift, established in the Netherlands. Contact person: Wouter Dijkman, reachable at wouter@agenticmindshift.nl.
2. What data we collect
This site has no forms. We only collect data you send us yourself: the content of your email, and the name, email address and appointment details you provide when you book a call through our scheduling link. In addition we process technical data such as IP address and user agent in standard hosting logs.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Scheduling and holding an introductory call — performance of a contract.
- Answering your email and following up on it — legitimate interest.
- Securing the website and keeping it available — legitimate interest.
4. Retention periods
We keep correspondence and appointment details for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are deleted after thirty days. Data belonging to an ongoing engagement is kept for as long as statutory retention periods require.
5. Processors
We use a limited number of processors: Plausible Analytics (EU) for visitor statistics, Cal.com for scheduling calls, a European hosting provider for the website and our e-mail provider for correspondence. Everything you share with us is treated as confidential.
6. Transfers outside the EU
By default your data is stored and processed within the European Union. Should transfer outside the EU occur, it takes place exclusively on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A request can be directed to wouter@agenticmindshift.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
The website sets one cookie, and only when you choose a language in the language switcher: it remembers that choice for one year. Visits are counted with Plausible Analytics: no cookie, no fingerprint, no profile across websites. What is recorded is page, referring site, country and device type. Nothing is placed on your device for that count. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site. If you book a call through our scheduling link, that provider’s terms apply on their page.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to amend this statement. The most current version is always on this page.
